How long do the shows last?

Show times vary with each production but rule of thumb allow two hours. For any precise information contact us by e-mail on info@sarahthornetheatre.co.uk or telephone on 01843 863701.

Do you use a third party for bookings?

Our bookings are taken by our third-party provider Ticketsource and tickets for all events are available below. Booking fees apply.

Do you have disabled access?

We have easy entry, a disabled toilet and guide dogs are allowed. When booking seats it is suggested you book end of row seats (Number 1 or 12) which can be removed for easy access. Due to our small capacity carers tickets are regrettably not available.

Do you allow latecomers to enter?

Sorry but we are not able to admit latecomers until a suitable break in the production.

Do you allow children?

On family shows children are very welcome but babes in arms will be asked to leave if they make a disturbance.

Do you have a licensed bar?

This is open one hour prior to the performance but will close after the last interval. Only drinks and snacks purchased from our bar will be allowed into the theatre.

Is there car parking at the theatre?

We have a small car park but there is adequate free street parking in the area.

Can I make a group booking?

Please contact the theatre office, details on the contact page.

Do you offer refunds?

Unless a show is cancelled by the producer we do not issue refunds.

Do you allow on-the-day requests?

We endeavour to take calls and e-mails on the day of the performance but often difficult to handle during the hour before hand. In emergency situations there is a contact number listed on the contact page.
